CLIMBING INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (CIIT) - GROUP CLASS

You’ve been climbing harder, you’ve taken all of Odyssey’s fundamental climbing classes and you’re ready to crush your training goals. What’s next, you ask?

Odyssey’s Summer Training Series is designed to push your limits and help you unlock the next level of your training. Work with four of Odyssey’s advanced instructors over 4-weeks to dial-in and build up your Body Tension, Power, Lock-Off Strength and Endurance. Each session is taught by an instructor hand picked based on their strengths and interests. You’ll train with a member of our staff each week an get a chance to pick their brain about how they approach training.

After this program, you will understand your individual goals and help you learn how these training tools can help you grow as a climber.

All abilities welcomed, but be ready to push your limits and get outside of your comfort zone! We recommend taking our basic classes (Bouldering, Movement, Training 101) beforehand, but not requred.

$75 per person / $50 per member

  • Comfy clothes, closed-toe shoes and a water bottle. Be ready to bring it!

  • Training log & protein powder - or you can just grab some chicken tacos on your way home!
